Get everything you need to travel around the West Midlands with ease, when you download the TfWM app (Formerly Swift App). View departure times for bus, train, and tram, find your nearest mode of transport, manage your Swift account, find and buy transport tickets on the go, plan a journey, and book car hire quickly and simply.

Please note: If you have an older device you may experience some slower loading times.
For Swift customers, account switching is not available yet within the app.
Purchases made for any child linked accounts will not be valid in the app. For now, please continue to buy those products and manage your account online.
If you would like to set up a child account, you can still do this online.

We all lead busy lives and want a simplified experience. The TfWM app makes this possible by combining all your West Midlands transport needs in one place. Whether checking a train, bus, or tram time; locating the nearest stop or station; topping up your Swift card or planning a journey – this app can make West Midlands travel easy.

There’s no need to be tied to a desktop or visit a shop to manage travel needs. You can buy transport tickets in advance or just before traveling. Plan journeys on-the-go. Check for delays on connecting services. Find alternative routes for disruptions. Stay ahead by knowing when your next bus is arriving; all on your phone within one intelligent app.

The TfWM – Powered by Swift app is the smart choice for traveling around the West Midlands encompassing Birmingham travel, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, and Solihull. Locate various services including National Express buses, West Midlands Trains, and West Midlands Metro.

If you are new to Swift, create an account using the app. Find and buy transport tickets for Birmingham travel, Coventry travel or Monthly ntrain/Monthly regional travelcards. Collect them on your Swift card using your phone and start traveling.

A card production time applies to new customers. New customers will require 7 days before receiving their Swift card to commence traveling.

NFC is necessary to use the Swift Collector feature within the app. An Android phone with version 5 or later is required.

You can only scan your ticket from an Android phone if you have purchased an adult ticket for tram travel only.
